Elvin’s passion for coffee began after leaving his career in IT to work at a major coffee franchise. Over the next ten years, he realized that customers weren’t truly getting the quality and value they were paying for. Determined to change that, he set out to roast coffee beans himself—cutting out the middleman to bring fresher, more affordable coffee directly to customers. What began in a small barn in Stouffville soon grew into Sok Coffee, built on a mission to deliver exceptional coffee at the value people deserve. That mission continues to guide everything we do today.
